Teams from numerous nationalities gathered last Saturday 12th November at Lauro Golf to represent their respective countries within a framework of cordiality and integration among all the participants.

This special occasion brought together countries such as Spain, UK, Denmark, Iceland, Switzerland and Finland.

The competition was played in Stableford modality and in order to calculate the punctuation of each team, the best three cards of each team was taken into account.

Once the competition was finished the players could enjoy the delicious paella and drink  prepared by the restaurant Mama Luchia Lauro Golf.

The Caddy Masters Sani Alba together with Patricia Garret were in charge of the prize giving and raffle. Thanks to Reale insurance numerous prices, green fees, dinners and trophies were delivered among the winners and the lucky golfers of the raffle.

Spain won the first and second position of the three winning teams and Switzerland came the third winning country. This year the winning team was represented by Macario Minaya, Manuel Contreras, Antonio Sánchez Becerra and Gabriel Sánchez Becerra who gained 110 points.  The second classified team was also a team made of players of Spanish origin Juan Luís Campuzano, Salvador Moreno, Pedro Vega and Manuel Fdez Frías with 104 points, and finally the team representing Swithzerland made of Henry Valarino, Judith Zahra, Carlos Velasquez and Denis Thibault with 103 points.

The less fortunate players of the day had their chance to obtain one of the fantastic prizes that were raffled at the end of the presentation. This raffle was possible thanks to the co-operaton of Calanova Golf, Parador de Golf, Baviera Golf, Restaurante Evita, Añoreta Golf Pro-Shop and Reale insurance.
