Mountain bike is one of the most beautiful sports to practice. Due to the orografy of the land, the sierra of Alhaurín is an ideal place for the practice of MTB. In fact it is a very frequent destination among the lovers of this sport, who every weekend and in holidays periods go deep into the mountain in order to explore new routes.

Riding the bike the rider can enjoy risky descents, impossible climbs and spectacular scenery. But to MTB guarantees it is needed a set of advices.

We recommend having a quality bike, wear a helmet, good shorts, gloves and a technical upper garment, preferably a maillot. For security reasons it is necessary to carry a spare tube, patches and tools.

To choose your route you can choose your most suitable one on the internet,  where there are numerous forums (www.foromtb.com) or websites like (www.bhbikes.com), (es.wikiloc.com) where you will find a very complete information. One of the most popular routes is the BTT Bike Route to the Bola.

With departure from Lauro Golf there are two routes from Jarapalos to the Fountain, one short and one long one.
